Love their outdoor seating when the weather is nice, and they do also have outdoor heaters. They have a beautiful garden area and it's kind of magical to walk into! Dinner is very good with tasty cocktails. The specials are usually delicious and the shepherd's pie is one of my favorites. I recently went for brunch and was definitely impressed. Great atmosphere for live music and a great patio for those just wanting drinks and dinner.
The bar area is a little cramped but I suppose some people like that. Beautiful looking bar with a competent, fast staff.

A house mate & I attended the Mete Tasin event at Angelicas in April 2018 .
Both Mete & Jen were incredible as was their support band .
The sound / acoustics were very good and the ambience lighting was also very nice in a space that allows for their amazing voices but still feels very personal .
We decided to make a little buffet out of multiple starters and everything was tasty but the baked brie was my favorite while the housemate really liked the Buffalo Cauliflower .
The server was also very friendly and patient .
Overall , the combination of fabulous music talent in a great venue with such sweet staff makes for a perfect evening . More...

I visited Angelica's to see a local band play. I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful atmosphere, the nice view of downtown (seated near a window), great acoustics, prompt service and wonderful food. I ordered the Champagne Risotto and was knocked off my feet. Quite tasty! In fact, the leftovers never made it home :). Great space with indoor dining and secluded outdoor dining. Decent brunch menu. Live local music at select times. Today our brunch party had:

Hot chocolate - an excellent cappuccino cupfull of tasty chocolate - no icky corn syrup

Meyer lemon pancakes - delicate and tasty with berry compote

Chilaquiles - crispy corn tortilla stack filled with tomatillo salsa and mild chorizo with scrambled eggs on top

We had early evening reservations and was seated in the upper dining area since there was an event going on in the main back area. I have to say it was quite romantic considering my boyfriend and I were the only ones for about an hour or so. The food and service turned out to be fabulous in spite of the bad skillet mussels we had for apps which we did not finish. My filet mignon was nice and tender with a wonderful favor that melted in my mouth. My boyfriend had the grilled prime rib which he absolutely loved. We finished our meal with a delicious slice of New York Style cheese cake and a slice of decadence chocolate cake. It was to die for!!! What a blast we had! New Years Eve was our latest evening there and their usual incredible service actually out did itself. Even with the place packed and the band rocking our waitress Angela was a total pro. She totally understood that we were a large group yet went out of her way to make everyone feel special.
