The main modalities that I practice are:

- Integrative/Eclectic massage: A combination of techniques, to customize the session to meet and exceed the client's expectations.
- Swedish: The most common type of massage, to relax and energize you.
- Sports: To help prevent athletic injury, keep the body flexible and heal the body should injury occur.
