After seeing his advert on Facebook I contacted Andy and he came to give my 8 year old laptop a health check and clean up last week. He was very thorough and despite coming across an unexpected problem (which set my heart pounding!) he carried on calmly and eventually solved it. I had a problem starting the laptop the following day and messaged Andy for help…it turned out to be my fault (I’d left my external hard drive connected) and he advised me what to do. I’ve left it a few days before writing a review to ensure I was happy with the performance of the laptop. It is certainly faster now and may give me a while longer before I need to replace it. Found his advert a while back on a facebook page and when I had small problems with both home pc and laptop recently I called him. As an extra I had an upgrade done on home pc to ssd hard drive. Andy sorted out a virus on my laptop the other week. He was very quick and helpful and as well as sorting out the virus he gave me some very helpful tips on my computer and how to set up and what to do to try and prevent any further virus infections where it was possible. He is friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me in a non tech language that I could understand. I liked his u tube video when I was looking for someone to fix the computer because its nice to see who you are going to be dealing with. The computer has been fine and I am sticking to Andy's advice on preventing the virus where I can it was good value for the work and advice he gave.
