A huge THANK YOU to the fabulous Kaye Freeman from Andromeda Talent for supporting our children's version of Horsham's Got Talent last week, in what can only be described as 'biblical' weather conditions! Alongside the awesome Tomfoolery, Kaye supported our performers back stage and encouraged and empowered them on stage, resulting in a fantastic show from some really courageous, brave and talented children. What inspired you to start your own business?
Andromeda Talent was founded by Kaye Freeman when she saw a gap in the Speakers and Personal Appearances market for a more bespoke, personal approach to booking Talent.
Kaye graduated with a MA from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2002 and has spent over 15 years working in Talent Management and the Creative Industries, most recently in The Artists Partnership the agency home to talent such as Idris Elba, Emily Blunt, Matthew Modine, Joseph Fiennes, Anna Friel, Sue Johnston and David Suchet.
In her time in agencies she has worked across Film, TV & Theatre Talent, Commercials, Voiceover and Radio Departments, including at the highest level working for the Managing Director and Head Agent for a number of years. Alongside this she oversaw the rebranding of TAP from the original KMA and set up one of the original 'ethical' Internships in London Talent agencies.
During her time in the Creative Industries she has built up an impressive network of connections at every level and in every area, priding herself on the personal touch and valuing developing and maintaining professional relationships for the long-term.
Kaye is also co-founder of the 'Creative Sussex' network linking wide ranging creative professionals across Sussex and now mentors also young performers and creative professionals.
