Even though they spent 4 days working on my system and did some work on it for me they stuck to there promise of not charging me if they couldnt completly fix the issue, they also pointed me in the right direction to me fixing the problem un future. Efficient and reliable service. My computer broke down one day. It was incredibly slow. I spend hours struggling to repair the computer. I was panicking. Due to the pandemic, my options were limited on who where I can take my computer for repair. I contacted a few IT repair services. This one promptly responded to my request. Peter arrived within 10 minutes of my call. He repaired the computer to improve the speed and erased corrupt files that slowed down my computer. Like many others at the moment I'm working remotely from home. My laptop stopped working completely on the morning. Andromeda Solutions was top of the search results for local IT support companies. A quick call and Peter was round later that day, analysed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Great service and well worth the cost to be back up and running. First class & very prompt service. My Windows 7 OS became unstable on an 7 year old desk top & it was impossible for me to determine the cause. Peter arrived within a few hours of my call & after a few checks advised that I should consider upgrading to Windows 10. The scope of work & cost was agreed & he performed the work & the problem was solved in just over an hours home visit. When I was having difficulties with my computer I looked on the internet for a business that offered to service my machine in my home. Andromeda Solutions was not my first choice. I looked for someone based close to my home. After several attempts to call such businesses, finding (at best) automatic replies saying leave a message and I’ll get back to you, I decided to call Andromeda. I was pleased to find someone able to answer the phone in person and tell me that an engineer would visit my home within a few hours. Andromeda’s engineer called early in the afternoon. In a friendly and courteous manner, and displaying obvious evidence of skill, knowledge and years of experience, he was able to rectify my problems with no difficulties. Moreover, in addition to fixing the problems I asked him to, he was able to offer a great deal of useful advice. I can unreservedly recommend Andromeda to anyone with computer problems. Trevor Croft. I would just like to congratulate Peter on his outstanding customer service. His product knowledge was apparent throughout the repair of my large format printer. This company looked after my Mum who has Dementia after my Dad passed away they did a great job and one of Mums neighbours even said you could set your watch by the carers because they were always on time and I would highly recommend them.
