My son has 121 MMA sessions with Andrew. MMA has helped him to stay focused, be more self disciplined and has increased his confidence things he previously struggled with due to having autism, anxiety and adhd. Andrew is an experienced, patient and understanding trainer who has encouraged Liam to believe in himself, never give up and not let limitations and setbacks stop him from achieving his goals.
