After my oil boiler started excessively smoking I called multiple companies to come out to diagnose & repair it.
Eventually finding 1 local company to attend it took no less than 3 engineers many hours to finally leave me in a position whereby people could walk past the flue without suffocating. Unfortunately this also left me with a boiler producing barely any heat.
A number of other companies tried over the next few months and all leaving me with either inadequate heating or a boiler visibly causing the majority of the world's global warming! !!
Having resigned to the fact that no one would be correctly rectifying this and that I would be investing in a new heating system a friend recommended "Andrew Pointer Plumbing & Heating."
If only I tried this initially I might have been warm all winter.
A professional & highly knowledgeable engineer responded quickly and diagnosed the problem where all others failed.
Parts obtained in only a few days and returned to fit & rectify the fault straight away.
A full boiler service undertaken as well and I couldn't believe the crazy and completely unexpected low price on the invoice.
I cannot recommend this company enough and rest assured there is no way I will ever be going elsewhere.

After having issues with my boiler losing pressure for years and countless engineers not knowing why it finally gave up and died with a very loud bang.
Andrew replaced the boiler , knew exactly why the previous one had caused so many problems, it hadn't been fitted with the correct expansion tank. I now have a reliable boiler with the correct expansion tank and it's not caused me any problems. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough, wouldn't use anyone else More...
