I used Andrew and his team a couple of times over the last few years, for a full bathroom refit and then for an extension. Very professional team, very courteous and tidied up after themselves every night. They were open to changes we had to make part way through and were able to follow a very specific remit we had on the build. Andy and his team built our single storey rear extension in winter 2017/18. The extension was roughly 30m2 and included installation of a new kitchen and downstairs toilet. Andy’s team delivered to his 13 week programme and to the agreed budget. A number of minor issues arose through the build but each matter was dealt with quickly and professionally. I used Andy and his team to do some work in my home, painting and lay flooring in bedrooms, new bathroom and toilet seats. Andy over saw and instructed his workers. He was very reliable and helpful, helped answer many of my questions and was always very nice and communicative over all the work being done. The guy who did the flooring was excellent. The guy who did the painting was great and everything that was done was of high quality. I had no complaints and if there was anything that needed adjusting, Andy sorted it straight away. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
You will need a decent size, at least big enough for a car and space around it. You will also need planning 3 to change the door to a window
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The biggest factor to consider is head height. Can you stand up in the centre of the loft? If so, then it is likely you'll be able to convert. The other main factor to consider is the location of the access staircase.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating new living space and enhancing the living conditions for my clients. Working alongside my clients and developing those relationships are also a great factor for me personally
What inspired you to start your own business?
The drive to work for myself and interact with clients on a daily basis.
