What inspired you to start your own business?
To be my own boss to have the freedom to choose when where and who I work with!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2006. During my career I have continued to add to my portfolio of qualifications. I lost time spent teaching Pilates and I have experience training clients of all ages and abilities from pre/post natal to triathletes and everything in between.
