Usually a very efficient and reputable company with a quick and professional service. I have used them many times. Very disappointed this last time to have a routine screen replacement the on iPad only for the screen to crack when I picked it up, near the home button. I explained this to the company only for them to say it was external damage caused by me and they would not replace the screen. The home button does not click but it still worked. Can’t shake the feeling I was nit served well. In short, fine if no problems, but if you have an issue they will assume it is your fault. I’m pretty sure you should be able to pick up the iPad without the screen breaking but there you are. I was really disappointed with the response from a company I once trusted. More...

Once again Andre has been amazing - despite it being New Year’s Eve and me telling him it isn’t urgent and I am happy to wait, he sorted out an appointment straight away and had replaced my phone battery in no time at all - and you don’t even have to leave your house! Brilliant quick honest service! I messaged Andre early this morning, he booked me in and arrived promptly for my 11am appointment the same day! He fixed the issue with my sons iPhone 6s Plus, gave me a quote to replace the charging port and headphone socket, when he arrived it turned out to be fluff in the sockets so was a cheaper fix! I’d had quotes from other repairers but was quoted for two separate fixes when it turns out to be just one, Andre was the only one that told me the truth that the one part would fix both issues! We have vans with offices inside to come to your work or home. We clean the device before and after the repair and carry out contact with the client at a safe distance using cleaned baskets to protect the device.
