Despite seeing this restaurant numerous times during our travels, never thought to stop in. The menu looked interesting so we decided to give it a try and glad we did. This is relaxed restaurant where the tables are spread out and plenty roomy. The service was outstanding with a very positive waiter. I can't say enough good things about Andrei's.  I hosted 13 of my top management team for a holiday luncheon there recently.  Everyone I encountered at Andrei's did a top notch job.  From the valet person who went and got someone to help me carry up boxes of gifts from my car, to the waiter that helped me last year (Patrick, you rock!), who was on top of the timing of everything just perfectly, to the food that was incredibly delicious, the celebration was a huge success!  Everyone came and thanked me afterward, telling me how nice it was.  Thank you for making me look good Andrei's!  We will definitely be back! This is great restaurant and they have a fantastic private space for special events. We held a reunion for 150 people there and everyone raved about the beautiful space, delicious food and attentive staff.

My law clerk just received the news that she had passed the rigorous California Bar and I wanted to take her and my staff somewhere elegant for lunch, a restaurant worthy of celebrating such a milestone. Pros: Great Happy Hour food and drink, wonderful service and a quick walk from my hotel.Cons: Not the greatest atmosphere in Orange County but the vibe is cool thanks to the the staff. This wonderful restaurant is consistently at the top of my list in Orange County and last evening was no exception. The staff is dedicated to making sure each dining experience is excellent and that includes the quality and variety of the menu items. Charging $7.00 for pieces of toasted bread and herbed butter was not worth it. Bread had no flavor. Tablespoon of herbed butter was nothing special. Had a great Dinner at Andrei's, started with the Crab Cones which are light and absolutely delicious. Main course was their Filet Mignon with root vegetables and I opted to add 2 scallops. Andrei's was an enjoyable meal. The portabello fries were excellent. The haloumi salad was good. The vegan entree (zucchini noodles with pesto) was a bit bland. The scallops were very good. The wine was very good.The service started out very good, but got very slow as it became busier. It is a nice, comfortable ambience. Hosted a happy hour on a Thursday. Was very easy to coordinate with Bri, their event coordinator. The event went great, drinks and food were reasonably priced, and our guests had a great time.
