I had not returned to the property for almost two years. In the intervening time, management continued to refine the physical property. My visit reaffirmed all the reasons I like the property in the first place. It is an architecturally unique property that offers a low density experience in the heart of the original Palm Springs. There is a reason this area is famous and the Andreas lets you walk out their door and discover world famous shops and local eateries and retail that are unique. Three of us selected the Andreas Hotel for a girls’ birthday getaway. My husband and I had stayed there several times prior but never in a one bedroom suite. The Andreas is a hidden gem and I would never stay anywhere else in Palm Springs area. It feels like you are in your own private Italian villa. The building is beautifully designed with a lovely pool and jacuzzi in courtyard area.||Potted plants dot the property, as do private “conversation” areas and fireplaces. The staff is great and very helpful. Our suite was perfect...looked to have been upgraded or remodeled recently. Included breakfast was a bonus. Outstanding find and very affordable compared to many other places in town that are half as nice. This hotel is downtown just off the strip. Spend a little extra money for the King Suite. Not huge by any means, but beautifully furnished and decorated with double-sided fireplace and big jacuzzi tub. The deck upstairs has 3 fireplaces and cozy seating. Charming, perfectly located right downtown, a little oasis. Room was small but workable. Pool and public areas were great. Wi-Fi could use a more powerful signal or a faster router or both. Always a pleasure to return here. We come 2 or 3 times per year. Ultra clean, charming, great staff. Nikki, Bob, & Aaron give great service behind the front desk. We booked a last minute trip to Palm Springs and chose this hotel on the recommendation of a neighbor. What a treat, it's tucked away right in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. ||||The hotel is small and well maintained and open 24/7. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the outdoor public spaces with fireplaces were a nice touch in the evening when it was a little cooler. The poolside bar has great drinks, and the continental breakfast was all we needed in the morning to hold us over until lunch.||||The staff was very helpful and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We did not use the spa. The hotel is not pet friendly and is adult only. Very quiet and peaceful right downtown. My husband and I were running a little late and arrived at the hotel around 11pm. We were greeted by “ Bob” a friendly gentleman with a happy go lucky personality. He kindly showed us to our rooms and even helped with our luggage. He also thoroughly explained all of the amenities that the Hotel had to offer. We need more people like Bob in the hospitality business he is a gem in a world were people could care less about having amazing customer service. *Bob most definitely deserves a raise* $$$ More...

We stumbled on this fabulous little gem of a hotel by accident, and decided to take a chance. It was perfect! We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff, with a glass of champagne. Our room was large and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed, lovely fireplace (not that we needed it!). The pool area was really nice, and they have a little poolside bar there for beverages and light meals. The lobby and breakfast room were also lovely, and well decorated. The continental breakfast was a surprise, and definitely upscale. My husband enjoyed the mini cheeses, and the biscotti with his coffee. I loved the fresh fruit, including a large bowl of fresh blueberries. Once breakfast is over, out comes the candy bar. We made multiple trips there, to indulge. We will definitely be back. From the moment we parked our car we were impressed, even the employee out front on the phone acknowledged us, once inside we were met with smiles and friendliness. Can't wait to return. We were taken on a tour of the facility & our room. All amentities were covered. She even brought us a pitcher of fruit infused water. We just got home from Palm Springs. Stayed at the Andreas Hotel & Spa.This hotel was a pleasure, from talking to the hotel staff to book room, checking in, and checking out was a breeze. This hotel is beautiful, a boutique hotel build in 1935.  The rooms are beautiful, clean, bedding was so comfy.  We did not use the pool/spa however that was also very nice, the grounds are maintained so beautiful.They offer continental breakfast in the morning, and they offer just about everything, good coffee too.We would like to give a pat on the back to Casha who checked us in with a beautiful smile, offering us champagne at check in and showing us around the hotel.  A few moments later she was at our room with a beautiful pitcher of ice water with lemon and cucumber.  Good hospitality is almost a lost art at some hotels, not here.Way to go Andreas Hotel and Spa, we will be back ! I'm in love with the Andreas! What a beautiful little boutique hotel and spa! I came from the OC with my husband this past weekend to celebrate my birthday and we had such a wonderful stay. I can't wait to go back again!!.The staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Cassandra greeted us at the front desk with glasses of champagne and checked us in. She gave us a tour while escorting us to our room. .We reserved an executive king room. Robes were laid out on the bed with a hand-written thank you note for being their guests. The room was decorated nicely and had a fireplace and hot tub. No shortage of pillows for the bed, super cozy and comfy!.The pool area was small, maybe about 14 lounge chairs or so. But it had a nice intimate feel to it. This is an adults-only resort (I believe?) so there were no children running around, no obnoxious loud music; all the guests were friendly, mellow, and just enjoying their drinks in the water while trying to stay cool in the 110 degree heat! This was definitely the relaxing pool scene I was hoping for (not a party scene)! The resort has its own music playing in the background - Sinatra-type, I sort of felt like I was at the olive garden - I loved it!!!The drinks were delicious (specifically the Mai Tai's). Brian the bartender did a fabulous job taking care of everyone. Place your order at the bar & Brian will bring the drinks out to you in the pool when they're ready. .This resort was cozy, intimate, relaxing. Very romantic - I kind of felt like I was on a little honeymoon or anniversary trip with my hubby!  But I'd also love to come back another time with my best friend - this hotel would be just as delightful for a girls weekend getaway!! FantasticThe staff (especially Nikki) were very pleasant and helpful. Minor things that could be improved, WiFi strength in the rooms was a bit poor and there was no TV guide on the tv so it was difficult to find something to watch.
