Anderson Catering Services was founded in 2018 by Shane Anderson who trained under chef Dave Krohn of Chef DK. We use only the freshest local produce and premium meats, and are pleased to create unique menus for all occasions. From beautifully displayed platters and passed hors d’ oeuvres for your office or personal party, to plating that unforgettable meal for your special day, Anderson Catering Services will make any event extraordinary!

Anderson Catering was fantastic to work with! Shane catered our entire film shoot, 5 days of back to back lunches with different menus each day, the care and attention to make sure each meal had options for kids, vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free eaters. We used Anderson Catering for our event in May. Â The food was excellent! Â Shane was able to provide some delicious vegan fares along with the tri-tip and chicken piccata. Food was AMAZING!! I am a Chef myself and I can tell you this Chef DK ROCKS!!! Everything from the planning to the actual execution was perfect!
Chef DK not only exceeded our expectations but all my guests! We had 3 interactive food stations: Mexican, Italian & Sushi, every station was decorated according to the food, wow everything was delicious!! We also went through Chef DK for our rental, bar, bar tender, and servers.
Dave & crew thank you again for making our dream wedding come true!!!

We love Chef DK!! Not only was the food AMAZING, but he was very easy to work with. It was one stop shopping for us because he had great prices on all of the rentals. We did a hot/cold passed apps with veggie/cheese/meat displays. We had a bar with beer/wine and a signature drink. Everything fell nicely into place and our guests were very pleased with the food. Chef DK and staff were also familiar with our Levyland venue, which was a plus!! More...
