Andali Fitness offers clients the opportunity to achieve their health and fitness goals through bespoke Personal Training, group circuits and/or Family oriented sessions. All programmes are fun and progressive allowing you to improve as your body adapts to the functional training stimuli.
We put the fun back into functional fitness by mixing cardio vascular, strength and flexibilty training with limitless combinations in order that not only do you look and feel better but are prepared to tackle everyday aspects and situations of your life with ease and with little risk of injury.
We use various pieces of equipment to stimulate the body and mind and engage with all members of the family regardless of age, gender and level of ability.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We have a relaxed consultation in a coffee shop or at their place of choosing and discover where they are at physically and mentally and see how their lifestyle might be affecting their health. We then discuss what sort of goals they would like to achieve and ultimately how I can help them do so.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Honestly it's a combination of good nutritional choices and exercise choices. It's a simple balance of carbs in versus carbs out, but people aren't scientists and so this potentially new lifestyle has to be fun, achievable and relatively easy to adopt.
If your mind is in the right place your body will follow.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people get that 'light bulb' moment and them becoming good friends not just clients. It is overwhelmingly satisfying when one family member's choices affect the whole family in a positive way. And when you see the joy on their faces as they play together, go on walks, ride bikes etc as a family (sometimes for the first time) it is very gratifying being a Personal Trainer and Exercise coach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A combination of my love for exercise, functional fitness and health, and enlightening/helping people.

I am very down to earth yet passionate, structured in my approach to exercise programming but spontaneous in it's delivery, flexible with my timings, empathetic to the fears and concerns that many people have before working with a Personal Trainer, patient, humble and professional. Most importantly, despite being a former Royal Marines Commando I am friendly and very approachable, making clients feel at ease immediately.
