Sometimes you just need a neutral 3rd party to hear your story and give positive feedback. I go in occasionally for a massage for my brain, I think a lot and sometimes those thoughts need to put in perspective. I have also had help with goals I have and dreams and getting those dreams on a goal list. I take time to get my nails done, my brain deserves a spa day too. I highly recommend Ancora Thereapy all of their Councelors are highly trained professionals that are also live, work and volunteer in our community. More...
