Ian and Clio did a phenomenal job at our wedding. Since our first interaction it was easy and comfortable. They were very thorough in their preparation and making sure the right songs (including start times, correct versions, etc) were matched up with the correct timing prior to our rehearsal to make sure everything ran smoothly. They included a rehearsal run through of our ceremony and grand entrance which was super appreciated and took the nerves away. The day of the wedding went perfectly and the dance was a big hit! We had some Bulgarian songs that we wanted played but otherwise we left the music to Ian and Clio and they did not disappoint! We loved working with Ian and Clio in the lead up to our wedding. They were both very attentive, responded to our emails quickly and were willing to listen to our music needs. We had a meeting prior to the wedding to review the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and for the dance. They understood the music we wanted to be played and which genres we weren’t interested in. After our wedding, they reached out to us to thank us and we couldn’t believe they remembered some special moments that stood out for them. I highly recommend Analog Squad. Ian and Clio were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional, courteous to guests and all around amazing people. They helped us a lot at our rehearsal with all the timing and flow of the ceremony and Although I (Bride) was busy on the day, everyone I chatted to at my wedding only had positive things to say about them. Clio and Ian with Analog Squad were AWESOME. They are both so friendly and professional, and really excited about the work they do. Our dance floor was kept hopping all night at our wedding, and our guests can't stop talking about how great the music was. Even folks who proclaimed themselves to be "non-dancers" were up on their feet. They met with us well in advance of our wedding and kept in touch right up until the big day, taking our likes and dislikes into account and building us a perfect playlist. We trusted Analog Squad with our surprise wedding for three services and it was the best thing we did! Photography: Clio was professional and experienced. She worked through many different conditions (outdoor, indoor, freezing cold, etc) with a smile on her face and the planning process was seamless. Photo booth: the photo booth was a serious hit. Not your average photo booth by any means. Really sleek and high tech. Our photo strip was completely done with designs we loved that suited us. We got access to the photos literally a few hours after the wedding ended. DJ: Not only was Ian on top of all the music cues for the ceremony, but he balanced a million song requests from guests and kept the dance floor packed with people from 18-65 years old. Analog Squad are a great team. my wife and I hired them for our wedding and couldn't imagine our most important day without them. They took the time to meet with us, call us and talk about how the music would work with the ceremony and reception, right down to what second we wanted certain songs to start. They were on time to set up early, and talk to our officiant. They offer great services with a projector for slideshows, a photobooth with props and instant prints, as well as great lighting. Analog Squad were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very professional to work with worth, and easy to stay in contact with. Very reasonable pricing and amazing set up the night of! During our original meeting, we had voiced our concerns over not being sure how many people would be up and dancing, but that did not end up being an issue at all. The dance floor was never empty. I had guests coming up to me all night telling me how awesome the DJ was and how much fun they had. They do a fabulous job reading the crowd and knowing what songs to play. They also entertained requests through the night keeping guests happy. Our wedding night will definitely go down as the most fun night of our lives and I believe that a big part of that had to do with having Analog Squad there. We hired Analog Squad for our wedding and feel like we got way more value than we paid for! They sat down with us for an interview while we were still deciding which DJ to hire, were very open and accommodating and extremely professional all the way through to the end of our wedding day. They were organized and detailed oriented, making sure we had thought of everything music-related for our wedding. Perhaps most important was that they read our crowd well and kept the dance floor full all night! We absolutely recommend Analog Squad for any wedding event! Their website is super easy to follow with very reasonable pricing. The packages are great and depending on your budget, has everything you pretty much need in a wedding (we received uplighting, DJ and photobooth services). Clio and Ian personally met with us multiple times to understand the atmosphere that we were trying to create at our wedding ceremony and reception at Sheraton Suites Eau Claire in Calgary (around 6000 sq. ft of space). They were so friendly, warm and professional throughout the entire process. They provided us with an easy to fill out form for all of our songs, asked all the right questions, coordinated sound checks and performances with the music, set up and cleaned up quickly, had excellent speakers and equipment, an actual photographer at the photobooth with personalized printout designs with your name and picture on it and not to mention, excellent taste in music and feel for what your guests want throughout the evening and on the dance floor.
