After having consultations with many different Hatton garden jewellers, Ian and I were lucky enough to find Sam. With quite a precise design in mind, we were struggling to find a jeweller who was willing to listen and design the engagement ring we had envisioned. At the time I didn't know if I wanted a diamond, white sapphire or aquamarine. She listened to my needs and wants, came prepared with an array of stones so I was equipped to make the best choice, worked to our budget and we never felt pressured or up sold. After settling on a diamond, she sourced the most amazing oval diamond and created the beautifully intricate design, exactly as I had envisioned. We were led by her each step of the way, never feeling out of our depth and knowing exactly what our design would look like with detailed cad designs. We also had a very short deadline before our wedding was to take place and Sam managed to provide both my wedding ring (also amazingly beautiful) and my engagement ring on time and to the highest quality. My now husband originally made contact with Sam when he (unknown to me) was planning his proposal. He wanted a personalised and unique service, but still wanted the quality and experience that comes with a Hatton Garden jeweler. Together they designed the most beautiful and unique ring that I absolutely adore. 18 months on and I still find myself just staring at it! I am so pleased he chose to work with Sam, and needless to say we have never looked back, returning to her studio to design both of our wedding bands, as well as matching earrings for me to wear for our wedding. Ahh where to begin - Sam was absolutely fabulous from day 1!! From helping me decide what looked best on my finger to giving her honest opinion, to communicating with me through the process etc. Not once did I feel pressured for time or to go with a certain diamond or style. The range of ring options and designs are limitless. My experience with sam creating a bespoke ring design, it was so helpful with receiving updates of CAD design updates of the manufacturing, I was amazed. From seeing the Diamond selections, to the tiny details that can be added for perfection.

I recently had my white gold engagement ring remade in platinum by Sam at Anais Rose. I was nervous as I really loved the original setting but she replicated the design exactly and it looks even better than before! It came up slightly small but Sam put us in touch with her workshop and they sorted it in no time at all. I highly recommend you go to Sam! She was incredibly helpful through the whole process, and guided me through all the things I needed to consider. I was provided with drawings before the ring was made, which we were able to discuss. I also had quite a short turnaround time between discussing the ideas and getting the ring before we went away, and Sam ensured it all ran very smoothly.

Anais Rose was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say that I could not have wished for a better experience in terms of making the perfect engagement ring for that all important proposal!

First of all Sam took the time to really understand what I wanted in the ring and then explained the process of how we were going to achieve that goal, from sourcing the perfect diamond to designing and making the ring. Sam always made sure I was happy at every stage of the process and I massively appreciated her knowledge and experience when it came to explaining to me what was possible and advising me if anything would not look right.

Sam's professionalism and patience are second to none, the latter demonstrated when I couldn't decide between a couple of designs and kept tweaking things! However, she was determined to get it right and we eventually produced the exact ring that I had envisaged in my mind right at the beginning. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings at Anais Rose and I cannot recommend Sam and her business highly enough!

Sam is very knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced. When we met, she was more than happy to explain the different types/sizes of diamonds and metals that we could use, and suggested ways in which we could keep within our budget, without compromising on quality/appearance. With her support, advice and patience, I designed the engagement ring and, later, my wife and I designed our own wedding rings. The whole experience was very enjoyable and at no stage did I/we feel pressured or made to rush any decisions. Manufacturing was surprisingly quick and we were kept informed throughout the process. The quality of the rings and workmanship is exceptional. Although my wife loved her engagement ring and the fact that I had designed it myself (…with Sam’s help!), she wanted some additional detailing (mill grain edging) done. Sam was more than happy to sort this out. Additionally, she organised for her engagement ring to be reduced in size slightly and cleaned/polished. My wife wanted another small change made to her engagement ring (so that it would fit neatly alongside her Wedding ring) the week before our Wedding day. Sam ensured that the necessary work was carried out in the next few days. She then went out of her way to hand deliver the ring (driving across Kent!) to guarantee that we had it in time, for which we are very, very, grateful!!

I would recommend Anais Rose to anyone. Sam was very helpful in helping me pick the right design and diamond for my budget.

The ring was manufactured really quickly and looked amazing! The quality of the ring is excellent and I will definitely be going back for any other Jewellery needs.

I went to Sam with my original design and she showed me a similar design she had made before. We looked through the differences Between some of the diamonds in my price range and I chose my favorite.

The ring will be checked over (to ensure diamonds are all set properly), professionally cleaned and re-sized (if necessary) once a year. Which I think is great value for money!

All in all I think this is the best jewellery shop in Hatton garden, london and will continue to return to Anais Rose and recommend to everyone. More...
