I've had my taxes done with another tax firm for 20 years or so.  5 years ago, I made a the best decision ever to with the most knowledgeable tax lady in all of the O. I've had my taxes done from the same person for the past 25 years or so. This year I decided to try someone new but not because they were bad because I noticed that Silvia was always attending classes at the IRS. I also knew this year there was gonna be a lot of changes to our taxes and not many right offs. There was a lot of changes to that this year and for the next five years. Both my husband and I were scared about doing our taxes so we decided to try Silvia for the first time this year. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Not only did we not have to pay anything to the IRS this year we were able to get a decent refund. Both my husband and I are both pleased with the customer service and the knowledge that she and her staff has. Got to say we are both very impressed and very satisfied with Anaheim professional services -Silvia she really know her stuff. I started going here about 10 years ago. Silvia knows her stuff that is for sure and she was always patient with all the questions I had for my business deductions. My other tax preparers didn't seem to be on top of their field as APS was. Silvia actually also fights the IRS and saves a ton of money for her clients unlike most tax preparers who never personally meet with the IRS. Â I have referred my own clients and friends here. By far the best independently own tax service business in town! Been in business over 20 years and owns a greater market share in the community than the local "big names". Growth comes from 99% referral. Be prepared to wait a bit because the service is in very high demand! If time is of the essence, request first appointment of the day or go later in the season.
