Our signature dish is our flavorful curry chicken empanada
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We discuss their proposed menu and then we set up a tasting so we can further adjust the menu as needed. That way we ensure the food is perfect for their event.
What do you love most about your job?
The smile on our customers’ faces when everyone is enjoying the delicious food we prepared for their event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea for Anabel’s Mobile Kitche was inspired by our then 6-year-old daughter, Anabel. For months she had been creating menus and pricing options for everything from a lemonade stand to a home-based restaurant. As parents we wanted to encourage this entrepreneurial streak in her. Ultimately, we wanted her to know that whatever her heart dreamed was possible to achieve with hard work and dedication. Thus the beginning of Anabel’s Mobile Kitchen.
