European dishes with a concentration on Italian, Spanish and all Latin foods
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask first what their favorite restaurant is and their go to dish. It gives us a peek into their palates and we create from there

I love meeting clients and bringing their culinary vision to reality
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was always asked to “cook” for events of friends and family to the point I thought I would become legit
