What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the growth in clients and their business as we work together. The excitement as they reach goals, or implement a process they once thought too hard, is contagious!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My sister-in-law. She has her own private practice, and she would call me often for advice or just to talk things through. One day we were talking, and she said, "You need to do this full time...I learn more from you in one session than months with some other coaches I have had".
I had been informally coaching with some other businesses as well, and I loved it - so when my sister-in-law suggested I start my own coaching business, it did not take too much convincing that this would be a good fit.
Why should our clients choose you?
My goal in working with clients is to understand where they want to go and then help them create a process to get there. I will not teach you my 10-step program, instead, I want to be the sounding board, the strategist, the accountability partner, and the connection maker to get you where you want to go.
I care about the success of my clients. I have built a network that I believe can help support you on your journey - tax advisors, social media, and web designers, etc. all to continue to help you reach your goals.

If you are located in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, I am happy to meet for some of our sessions in person, otherwise, they will be held on Zoom.
Group Coaching Cohort
This is a three-month program designed for early-stage, service-based businesses. Classes run a few times a year.

This is high-touch 1:1 business coaching designed to bring accountability, new ideas, and strategy to help you reach your goals.
We meet for two 90-minute sessions a month.
