I can't speak highly enough of Amy and Sam at Pride in Pets. Their company is professional through and through. Their initial visit was thorough, their prices are highly competitive and affordable. Most importantly they really do look after my two cats incredibly well when I'm away. They enjoy their job and this shows in the care they give the animals they look after. I highly recommend Sam and Amy. Due to my house rabbit not eating and not being able to get out of work to make sure she ate something, I needed someone last minute to go and check on her and try and give her food and water. At complete short notice they visited, stayed for half an hour, tempted her with different foods and made sure she'd drank too. I'm extremely grateful and they did such a great professional yet really caring job. More...

I can't recommend Amy and Sam highly enough. The truly professional service they offer is second to none, from the initial "meet and greet" through to the daily email updates to let me know what a waggy time Sandy has had on her walk with her new friends. She's like a different dog when I get home - chilled, relaxed and soooo happy. They also take particular care to ensure she's clean, dry and mud free when dropping her off. Pride in Pets and Pride in Progress are fantastic! Lewis my dog is completely relaxed with the sitters who look after him while I am out.
Amy is a superb trainer and Lewis has come on in leaps and bounds since we started his separation anxiety training with thern. Before we started I worried that I would never be able to leave Lewis on his own at all. Now the light at the end of the tunnel is shining more brightly. Amy has helped with his recall training too. Can’t recommend Amy and the team highly enough. Nothing prepared us for the difference between our 6year old golden Labrador (Luna) and the newest edition to our family, our black Labrador puppy (lily). We were worried that Luna wouldn’t cope or tell Lily off but with Amy’s expertise and kindness we were give the skill and support to make changes to how we trained Lily!!! We aren’t there yet as lily is only 18 weeks old but we’ve managed two holidays away in our caravan without being thrown off site (lol) and are soooo impressed with Lily ability to be trained. Hard work but have felt so supported knowing Amy and the gang there again if we need them. Thank you sooo much from us but mainly Luna and Lily

It has been a great experience for me and my dog to work with Pride in Pets/Pride in Progress dog training. I cannot rate them highly enough. Amy, the dog trainer has really helped Lewis [my rescue dog] with his separation anxiety and his recall. Her patience, kindness and encouragement has made so much difference to our lives. I now have a dog who is happy and relaxed on his own for around 2 hours, and his recall has improved too. Thank you so much Amy and PIP! You are all brilliant! More...

Fantastic service. Have been using for about 6 months since we moved to Leicester, they come twice a day when we are away to look after our cat. The ladies from pride in pets provide excellent care for the dogs, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. One of our set of paws is very nervous of going out or forming a relationship with people, however she fell in love with the girls straight away and is totally comfortable with them.
