My (now) wife and I met Alicia and her Photo Booth a few years ago at an event in Austin, and have taken pics every time we have seen her around town. We loved it so much, she was the very first reservation we made after setting a wedding date!

Amurica is the most unique photo booth you will ever see- SO much better than the strip photos you usually see at weddings. The props are amazing, the lighting makes it look so fun and the pictures come out so clear every time. When you hire her, not only do you get a hard copy of the pic, but she puts them online for you to save. (My profile pic for the last few years is still the very first Amurica pic my wife and I made together!) The booth holds many people and it was really cool to get a fun pic taken with different sets of friends and family.

If you look at the pictures you can easily tell how incredible they are. But what you can’t see from the pics is how incredible and easy Alicia is to work with. When I initially booked, I messed up a couple of times and went back and forth on the start and end time multiple times. Alicia was amazing in working with me and was so helpful despite me being a pain. So easy to book, and once the ceremony was done she was ready to rock!

Seriously THE BEST! We booked the Amurica TX photo booth for a fundraiser and I cannot sing its praises enough. First off, Alicia, the owner, was so kind, patient with my delays, and helpful with booking. We did a business sponsorship and she added watermarks to support our sponsor and our event. She came out prior to the event, scouted the spot to park it, and made sure it was okay with us. On the actual event, everything was up and running before anyone arrived. The booth is ADORABLE if you haven’t seen it. Once you get in, it’s COVERED in photos, twinkle lights, and alllll the weird and funny props. The co-owner, Marshall, ran our booth and he had infinite patience, humor, and suggestions for each of our 4 prop/pose changes. He re-took any picture that wasn’t perfect. He is seriously the nicest guy ever! It’s super fun that you can watch the people posing inside on a TV screen outside while you wait. I wouldn’t have known you could have SO MUCH FUN with a photo booth but you can! I went in 3 separate times and will totally stalk the booth to do a family picture sometime, too. An attendee already plans to book it for her 50th bday. Seriously, book the trailer and also stop in if you ever see it around town. We were all in stitches and I will be crushed if can’t nag it again next year. The printed photos are also super fast and high quality, and they had our online gallery up before I was up and at ‘em the next morning. This is a really special touch for any event. As the manager of a venue, I've seen many photo booths, but none ever came close to Amuricatx Which is why I reserved them as soon as my daughter set her wedding date. I knew I wanted Amurica to be our photobooth even before we were engaged! We had a fairly small budget but I knew no matter what that this was going to at our wedding AND I am so glad we made that choice. Everyone loved it! So much fun and interactive. The pictures came out amazing. She was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. Cute Polaroid trailer!! They have a screen where you can see yourself and another one outside the trailer where people can view your pictures as their taken and afterwards as well. Inside the trailer, there's every prop/ decoration you could imagine to make your pictures more fun but be aware, they are steep in price. I paid $20 for 4 pictures, but they're also large (think 1/4 the size of a sheet of paper). It's still worth checking out and I would rate it 9/10. More...

We were visiting Austin over New Years and found this awesome photo booth outside StayGold. The inside of the booth is filled with a ton of lights, and made for really colorful, unique pictures. The pictures were printed out right on site, and were high quality. They're also much larger than the ones you get at a typical photo booth. Happy we stopped by! More...
