Jimmy Bastos was extremely helpful in helping me relocate from New York. He was organized and sent me a lot of listings and set up viewings over the weekend I was able to come. He even went above and beyond to make sure all of the apartments had the amenities I was looking for. He even handled the paperwork portion and coordinated with the landlord for me while I was away. Scott Russell was a great realtor in the process of finding my dream apartment. I saw an ad for the place and within 1 week, I was signing the  lease! He made time (on two different Sundays) to show me the place, take me through the application process, and work with me to do whatever he could to ensure I got the place.He was courteous, honest and genuine, and has been very responsive to my calls whenever I needed questions answered or actions taken for the house.AMSI as a whole can be a little slow with repairs but overall, I really liked their easy online payment option for rent, making payments super easy! Maureen ("Mo" as she asks you to call her), is such a gem. I had a very last minute relocation from Austin, TX to SF, and she made the entire process so easy for me. We recently rented a house through AMSI and the whole experience was great.....Arevik was our agent. She knew the San Francisco rental market very well. The house is located in the Richmond district of San Francisco. She provided us with "comparable" listings in the immediate area and helped us decide on the rental price we should ask for the house. We had multiple interested parties, and after Arevik checked their credit worthiness and references we selected the family that checked all our expectations. Gina Ocampo (AMSI) is the best! She went above and beyond to help me get my place ready for guests, and got my condo booked right away (then I was paid, right away). I recommend having AMSI manage your property in San Francisco, especially if you're subject to a 'No rentals less than 30 days' stipulation from your homeowners' agency. Having a minimum stay length of 30 days also puts your neighbors more at ease. More...

we used amsi property management recently to manage our tic unit located in the pacific heights area of san francisco. we chose amsi because the tic association does not allow vrbo or b&b, but does accept extended stay, corporate housing leasing. our agent, maureen "mo" couture worked hard for us and our place rented out every month. maureen had mentioned to me that amsi also has a real estate division and that if we should ever consider selling, we should list with amsi. here is what happened when we decided to use amsi to sell our san francisco tic.maureen "mo" couture sold our unit in less than 3 weeks!"mo" negotiated an all cash offer at full asking price.  this particular transaction was very complicated, with many people involved, due to the nature of a 1031 exchange sale.  we had the most wonderful experience with amsi seling our tic property in san francisco.one more thing; kudo's to mo's managing broker, robb fleischer for his expertise and direction. that is why i highly recommend amsi real estate services and gave them 5 stars More...

I was extremely pleased with the level of service that I received from the minute I met Maureen "Mo" Couture. I was a nervous/worried condo owner once I decided to lease my place to corporate renters while I was out of the country. Thankfully, Mo eased my concerns and was able to rent my condo to three different tenants over the course of the year (minimum 30 day lease and maximum 5 month lease) and there wasn't one day that the apartment wasn't rented, which was incredible! Mo set clear expectations, was always available to answer my many questions (via email, phone, text) and I completely trusted her and the AMSI team to look over my condo while I was away. I felt so comfortable knowing I didn't need to worry one bit and now that I'm back in San Francisco, my apartment is in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with AMSI. I was frantically trying to find my daughter a short term furnished apartment in San Francisco that she could afford on an intern salary. By good fortune (or divine intervention!) I called the number of an apartment I saw on the internet and Maureen Couture answered. She was calm, patient, knowledgeable, and perfect. I had a really great experience with AMSI on finding my amazing studio. Every member of the team was very helpful and attentive but the main contact for me was Dawn and she was a rockstar. She made time to get me a 1 to 1 showing rather than the 20 min 'herd the SF cattle' apartment showing with 20 people all trying to take pictures/video/facetime simultaneously. He helped me with an issue when I was desperately in need for help and ran out of options on what to do next.
