What do you love most about your job?
It utilizes all the skills I have taken years to hone as well as using my creativity which I hold onto dearly and the combination makes for a workplace and style which is me in every way. Organized and specific, colorful and lively, professional and lighthearted. I wouldn't change one thing. I have a great business partner at the moment and working for myself is truly my dream.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had the entrepreneur's mind. I see anything... and I do mean anything, and after one use or a look at it's design. and I will have one thing I would change about it. I haven't had many cases where this weren't true, be it an outdated policy causing excess labor, a practice which creates more waste without reason, one slight adjustment in the organization to increase efficiency lessen accidents and save money. I have done it everywhere I go and as a customer, a boss and when freshly hired. I can now use all these ideas and not have to correct them feeling a bit out of line or stepping on someone's toes usually. The rewards are always greater and the satisfaction of doing things just a bit outside the norm is refreshing and I'm proud to be different. One word sums it up: ingenuity.

I have the experience, practice, and real life examples and explanations of what will and will not work and why. I explain things in many ways to find the best learning style for each client and this way they leave with an understanding not a task complete. More capable and always sure why they should be spending their money for my assistance.
