Value: 5 star. I had my first workout with the owner and trainer of Amourfit Personal Training, James. I discovered Amourfit through Groupon. I purchased a six session option and its a great value. Only one session so far but I feel I have really gotten my monies worth. I foresee a "catch" when my Groupon session run out and I have to pay James his industry rates. This is one of those get you hooked then take the prices off sale. The thing is his training is one and one. So your paying for exclusivity, privacy, concentrated attention, and safety.Atmosphere: 4 star. The directions off of Groupon showed took me to his home address. Surprise is one word I would use to describe driving to a guys house to work out but somethings you have to try and he already had a 5 star yelp review.When I got there I followed the sign and saw James. He lead me to a kind of second structure behind his pool. He has a huge house (like a lot of the houses in that neighborhood). His gym has free weights, machines, mirrors and mats. Its has a wonderful restroom (sadly no shower) in the room next to it (you have to go outside to enter through another door).The space provided to workout is private and thus uncrowded. No waiting on others or embarrassment. Like superman's fortress of solitude this places is your's to workout guided by a professional.Service: 5 star. James knows what he's doing. His one on one training kept me on track. I performed better than I would have on my own. Who am I kidding. I wouldn't have started or I would have quit. He (James) kept me accountable. Quality: 4 star. It is not the largest of spaces or state of the art equipment but the instruction was top notch. I am only guessing that James doesn't want to lease space in a gym and realizes people who are serious about making gains need a space free of distraction and interruption. More...

Personal trainer James Lucas is the best! He truly cares for his clients and is always willing to adjust to my schedule. His gym is neat and clean and very welcoming . I've never had someone motivate me as much as Mr Lucas does. Even when I was having a bad day and just wasnt feeling it, he knew how to encourage me and push me to the next exercise. "Relax", famous last words of James in the gym! . He is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of exercising and his equipment. If you've tried the rest, you should try the best!! I definitely recommend Amourfit to anyone. More...

James has helped me gain weight in muscle mass and has really got me stronger for my senior year of football.
