As an ex-championship level dancer, exercising has been always a big part of my life. I know the self-discipline it requires for you to see the results. After I stopped training in a professional dance team, I started to get into gym training. Due the strict approach towards my own body, exercising and diet, I unfortunately started to suffer from eating disorder. After damaging my metabolism, and using the exercising more as a punishment than a thing, that would made me feel healthy, it took few years to get back in track.

After moving in London, I started to work in the City to make a living. Days were long and intensive and the pressure was REAL. It wasn’t until then, when I started to realize how exercising and a healthy diet gave me more energy and both mental and physical strength in order to perform in my daily job. Time is limited, but you’ll have time if you plan everything right.

Therefore the priority in my program is to make sustainable changes, have a training plan set up that you feel that you are able to follow and make sure your mind follows with the changes. So if you are stuck in yoyo-dieting and exercising, lacking the motivation - believe you me, I have been there.

I want to help people to achieve their dreams so I didn’t want fitness just to be anymore only my hobby - I wanted to get expert in my field in order to help other people to succeed in their fitness journeys and overcome whatever is holding them back.

I train only a certain number of people, in order to keep up the high quality of online training. Unlike other online training programs, I actually CARE how you are getting on. On a weekly check-ins and food diary feedback you are able to share your feelings about the diet and if there is some area in your fitness-journey that concerns you, you'll get the full support along your journey. If your life-situation changes, or you have life events such as work trip, or a holiday coming up, the plans will be tailored according the situation. The programs itself are going to challenge you and increase your stamina and you'll also feel rewarded after seeing your body changing.
