I went to Amherst Hypnosis for help with depression and self-esteem after an emotionally abusive relationship ended. I just wasn't coping on my own, and don't believe in covering up emotions with medication. Louis Ciola was a great help and I would not hesitate to go again should I ever be in need. Maybe weight loss next! More...

I met with mr. ciola and he told me that he was certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists 30 years ago.
