Representative came out to check our gate which we were unable to open due to settling and no longer clearing the yard.  He raised the gate a little (as much as he could) then had to cut the bottom of the gate a little so it would clear the ground and open.  It looks and works fine now.  Since it was an Amerifence fence (even though several years out of warranty) he did the work at no charge.  He was very personable and we are very pleased with him.  Thank you Amerifence.Thomas Dennie from Avon, Indiana More...

I was contacted by the owner of Amerifence and was explained to that there has been a consistent personnel issue affecting scheduling and communication. Once I spoke with him and explained my experience he seemed surprised I had been told what I was told and that was not he directed the person to communicate to me. You'd be silly to go any place else to get a fence! Amerifence is AMAZING! Not only do they have old-fashioned customer service (still view customers as people not just a sales number), but the quality of their fencing is second to none. Our fence and gates were not easy to configure due to our various wants and needs. However our sales rep, Zach, took a lot of time to share options and make sure we knew what they could do for us - even with the multiple "what if" questions we had. (And I can ask a lot of questions and explored all options!) Installation team were equally amazing. Our neighbors LOVE how great our fence looks in the neighborhood. We are constantly getting compliments on how nice it looks. We did an add-on gate after the fact for our deck and due the uniqueness of it, had a little issue that needed addressed. Mike, co-owner, took a personal interest and came out to ensure any adjustments needed were done to our complete satisfaction. Any time I called into the office, Janice and/or Wendy were always eager and happy to help in anyway they could. And our dogs...well they would stay out there all day if we'd let them! We feel good about letting them stay out there by themselves because we know they are safely secured within the confines of the fence. Mike came out to look at repairing a post on my vinyl fence that fell over during one of the wind storms we’ve had the last few weeks. I personally think the post wasn’t installed properly to begin with by Lowe’s, since my 1 year labor warranty was expired they didn’t care much about helping. I had my new vinyl fence installed on March 25th, 2019 and I could not be happier. The price was competitive, the fence is solid and beautiful and the installers were very professional and did a great install in one day including digging out and removing the old rotted wooden fence. When I had one minor issue the owner (Mike) came by the next day (talk about responsiveness) and took care of it immediately. We had a great experience working with Amerifence to finish off the fencing in our back yard.The salesperson was professional and quick to give us an honest estimate. After getting two more quotes, we chose to go with Amerifence. We asked that the dirt hauling be included in our final price. The morning of the installation, the two men arrived on time and got to work promptly, completing the job in just two hours! Granted, it was only a small section of fence and a single gate, but I was nonetheless impressed. The custom-sized gate works well, the fence is very sturdily built, and they even fixed an old, warped section of our existing fence without being asked. I will refer and recommend Amerifence to anyone that asks about my fence, I am extremely happy with the product, service, company as a whole and not only are they a business I dealt with, I truly consider them new friends. Shannon was brilliant in the design of my needs. I breed Boxers and have 4. We enclosed my backyard, provided a dog run and the materials of wood are beautiful! Due to my need, Janice squeezed me in and my fence was up in a day...a day! Who does that? Amerifence does that. They are dog people who recognize the importance of safety, security, and peace of mind. The men that erected my fence were hard-working and beyond efficient. They were professional, and never once argued or complained. They constantly asked if this was “what I wanted, does this look good to me, etc.” what I love most about a company like Amerifence is, there was no nonsense. I was sceptical when looking for a fence companies based on reviews. I almost didn’t use Amerifence because of the 3 star rating, but I’m glad I did. They gave me a quote on spot, where other companies made me wait 2 or 3 days. The front office staff called me told me they see I have a big back yard and suggested that I change one of my gates to a 4ft gate to get a riding mower through, something I didn’t even think of. Amerifence did a great job. There were a few hiccups but they corrected them over my expectations. Janis was such a great help on everything. Great service. Quick to respond with additional questions. Scheduled and the installers showed up and work very hard and got the job done fast and efficiently.
