We ordered photos over 200 dollars worth and have not received anything. I have emailed and left voice mails and have not received a response , I even spoke to a rep at an event who “promised” someone would get in touch with me . . it’s been two weeks and still nothing. Douglass Little Dribblers has used them the past two years, and let me tell you, they DO NOT disappoint. We will forever use their services. Darla is amazing , and her staff are so sweet, and patient with us and the kids. No other service like theirs. The turn around time for receiving pictures is about a week, and they mail them directly to the purchaser so we do not have to bother with handing out pictures. Had the pleasure of seeing thier photography team in action at a recent baseball event. They were friendly and professional. At one point in the game i saw one of the photographers get nailed by a baseball to the leg. The photographer just kept shooting without barely flinching and smiled at everyone.
