I used them several times when I broke my shoulder and couldn't do much work around the house. I have a dog who sheds, so they had alot of vacuuming and dusting work to do. They sent a team of 3, usually, and the house was spotless when they finished. They were fast and efficient - as well as thorough. The fridge cleaning service is well worth the up charge. I also used them when I sold my house to clean before the new owners moved in. Again it was spotless, even inside the closets. I highly recommend American Maids. More...

Competitively priced, timely, communicative. They fit me into their busy schedule when I needed a deep clean before hosting a big party. The crew showed up on time and were careful to make sure I was satisfied with their work--they even pointed out a couple of marks they couldn't get off the floor to make sure I was ok with it (stains and glue from construction--there was nothing they could've done to get them up). I appreciate the ability to fill out a request for a quote on their website. A surprisingly large number of cleaning services don't accept credit cards (or highly discourage it), so that was nice, too. Overall this was the best experience I have had with a cleaning company. I've been using American Maids for the past year, and I couldn't be happier. They are very easy to work with, take payments by credit card and have been constantly superior in customer service. The management makes sure I'm happy with every clean, and once I found the right fit with a cleaning team they make sure to give me the same team whenever possible. And my team is amazing.
