Our experience at American furniture was good, we found the new sectional for our living room. The only problem we had was one of the sales guys referred to my husband as a really big guy when we were looking for a mattress and that left us feeling a little defeated. Although I hate the representatives following us around everywhere (which I understand because I’m in sales myself) our sales representative was amazing. Super polite man. Wish I remembered his name. And the deals were amazing as well. I walked out of there getting my new mattress, dining table with 4 chairs, and a full couch set including the decorative pillows all for barely $1800! I walked out of there feeling so satisfied because I was about to drop $1900 on the same exact mattress ALONE at Mattress Firm and I THOUGHT that was a deal considering the full price of the mattress was around $3k. I honestly wanted to take advantage of the sale/deals that American Furniture Galleries was having to get other stuff for my house but I haven’t had time. I see American Furniture Galleries' ads in the Sac Bee weekly and finally had a need. So they were my only choice. From the ads, they carried quality yet inexpensive (not cheap) furniture.
When I arrived, I was amazed at the selection and massive showroom. Lucky that I was on a budget. I could have spent the day upgrading my household.
Approached and greeted by Angel. I said I was in need of a firm queen size bed and looking for the best for the least; semi- quickly. He showed me a couple that were within my price expectations and not attempting to upsell me beyond my means. I'm an easy sale and he didn't take advantage. I decided on one and then we went over to the cashier or finance Lady. I went with the 90 days same as cash. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant. And quick. No muss, no fuss and I'm out the door. Happy with my result. Nothing worse than buyers remorse. Guys don't shop and dread having to do it. We purchase when there is a need not on a whim. It was a total all around satisfying successfull visit. An unexpected bonus.
Soon I'll be back for a Love Seat.

This is the place where 'THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST'. I ENJOYED myself so much. I recommend everyone should go and checkout this Furniture Heaven Out. A super big 5 STAR RATING!
