Amelix Telecom know how to give good customer service. Just had a fantastic phone call with the lovely Warren concerning an overcharge on my phone bill. Warren took down my details to invesigate and advised he would call me back. He phoned me back within a short space of time, was very apologetic and offered to refund the overpayment. I decided just to have the amount taken off my next phone bill. So full marks for superb customer service. Well done More...
