Amy was the perfect photographer for our wedding! She is personable, funny, and extremely talented. Amy did a great job capturing fantastic shots of the special moments during our wedding. But not only is Amy a friendly person and skilled photographer, but she also got us our prints and digital copies in a very short period of time. She would even post a few of the best pics from the shoots on facebook within a few hours of getting home. It was great to have something to look at some quickly. Amy was an amazing photographer! I met Amy in college and when my husband and I got engaged I know instantly I wanted her to be our photographer. She is super laid back and easy to talk to and get a hold of. She LOVES animals which was great since we had our Saint Bernard with us for our engagement shoot :) Day of the wedding went smooth and both her and her 2nd photographer took amazing photographs! Amy was an amazing photographer for our wedding! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking. She was organized, great at communication, fun, and an amazing photographer. She took our engagement photos and wedding photos. All our photos turned out beautiful, I love looking through them. I've also gotten so many compliments on our photos. Day of the she wedding comes super prepared with a shot list, scopes out the area ahead of time to find the best places to take the photos and much more. Amy is great! She produced beautiful photos - hooray! - but what I'd actually like to emphasize is how easy she was to work with and how down-to-earth and regular she was to talk to. She's super-responsive over email and she gets it that you're harried. I gave her our shots list at the very last minute, at something like 3am the night before we got married, and despite that, she was able to scramble that morning and get organized and we got all the photos I wanted. (Thanks Amy... and sorry about that!) She's super willing to make a little adjustment to a photo, e.g. send over a black-and-white version, and promptly! Talk about an easy person to work with. I could write a treatise about the wonderful Amy Soper! Look through her portfolio; her photos speak for themselves. What I love most about Amy is the stuff you can’t see in the photos. She effortlessly balances professionalism and friendship. From the moment you meet her you know that she’s good at her job, but as you talk, you begin to realize that she genuinely wants to get to know you. She solicited our ideas and shared her own, creating this easy partnership as we planned the big day. On the wedding day, Amy really shines. She’s energetic and keeps everyone moving. She is present but not overpowering. She has clear ideas but also rolls with the punches. The best part? No one felt like they were being forced into stuffy poses! Some of my favorite photos from our wedding day are the candid shots that Amy took while we were hanging out with our wedding party and family. Amy & I have been on the committee for HopeChest together for the last couple of years and I FINALLY had the pleasure of working with her on a wedding this July. I already knew what an awesome, fun, hilarious (the list goes on) person Amy is, but getting to work with her on a wedding just showed me how amazing she is as a Photographer as well. We are so happy that we hired Amy as our wedding photographer! Amy is ridiculously easy to work with - she is easy-going, fun and adaptable. As an example, we wanted to have our engagement photos taken in the snowy mountains with our pup and Amy eagerly agreed despite the distance. The weather was absolutely terrible, rainy and cold, but the weather did not slow Amy down! She had such a positive attitude and kept the shoot comfortable and easy and photos turned out great! When we first met Amy we explained that we were looking for candid and fun wedding photos and she went above and beyond in her delivery. There is no better person to capture the moments of our wedding day than Amy. I am so happy to review Amy Soper. Amy is an absolute dream. From the moment we first met, she was professional and friendly. She spent a lot of time getting to know my husband and me and only later did we realize that she was already thinking about how to capture our personalities in our wedding photos. Fast forward to our practice photo shoot: Amy encouraged us to pick a place that was natural for us, so we went to the dog park with our two pups. We walked around for an hour, laughing and chatting and playing with the dogs. No fuss. No stuffy poses. A couple of weeks later we saw the photos and they were stunning! I seriously don’t know how she does it. We had the same experience on our wedding day. Amy easily fell into our wedding party, snapping away photos that I will cherish forever.
