Hi there! I provide personalized yoga sessions that will increase flexibility and strength. I focus on corporate, private, and soeical events yoga. I received my 200hr yoga certification from CorePower Yoga earlier this year. I currently teach one class at CPY and do private sessions. I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of students from; pregnant women, cancer patient, and people who have never done yoga. I take great pride in connecting with my seekers/students!

I love what I do because I value creating meaningful relationship with others! My soul is fueled by others success and self-discovery!
