I highly recommend Ambrosia Catering for your wedding and any other special event. They did a beautiful job for my daughter's wedding. The menu was perfect and the set up was perfect for what the bride and groom envisioned. The team was awesome. They went above and beyond, clearing tables for us, delivering bottles of sparking cidar to tables, cutting the cake and boxing up leftovers. They were attentive and kind. Great food and great service. Our church group has events at their location periodically and the food is great. Very helpful but unobtrusive staff. My wife and I had them cater our wedding. We had them do build-your-own sandwiches and 2-3 salads. Excellent spread. We recommend them to anyone that is getting married or having a catered occasion. We would use them again in a heartbeat!! My review is for their boxed lunches...I've attended many all-day classes at Quality Sewing and Vacuum in Silverdale, and they always use Ambrosia Catering to bring in a variety of box lunches for the students.  I have never been disappointed in any of the Ambrosia box lunches, but after the last lunch, I felt compelled to review.  Wow!  Just. WOW!  Ambrosia brought in something called the Caribbean Chicken Salad, which I'd never seen before.  It was a mixture of fresh greens, a variety of fresh fruits (including berries, pineapple, strawberries, and what I believe was guava or papaya or some other tropical fruit), and slices of freshly cooked chicken.  In addition, they had garlic focaccia bread, which even though it was cold was delish nonetheless.  Of course, their yummy cookies!  This lunch was so jaw-droppingly good, I put in a special lunch request to have this salad again on day 2 of the class.  My previous favorite of the Ambrosia lunches was the turkey croissant with cranberry, but there weren't any at this class so I ventured into the salad route - and I'm so glad I did!  And, salads don't usually stick with me, but this salad kept me full thru dinner and I wasn't starving in the morning.  I wish they had a restaurant, because I'd love to visit! I used this caterer for my wedding. Really great local, family owned company. Rhonda, the owner did an incredible job of working with myself and my fiancée to give us exactly what we wanted and keep us on budget. Their tastings were great and the food we had at the wedding was delicious. They had all the amenities we wanted (bartender, water and coffee station, linens, etc) so we wouldn’t have to work with five different vendors, and the service at our reception was excellent. I recently hired Ambrosia to cater a reception following a memorial service for my dad. Due to the sudden nature of the event we didn't have a lot of money at our disposal, it wasn't something we had budgeted for. When I met with Ronda to go over the menu offerings she was so helpful in pointing out the items that would give us the biggest bang for our buck, and would go the farthest with a group of people. We ordered two styles of meatballs, sandwich platters, caesar salad, hawaiian tropical pasta salad, several cookie/bar platters and assorted beverages.She made herself available outside of normal business hours to take calls, send emails, and visit the location in advance of the event to get a feel for the set up and arrange all of the logistics so the day of the event would run smoothly, which it did.Ronda and the onsite staff were professional and the service that they provided was very high quality. They arrived early and had everything all set up and waiting. The tables that they arranged looked wonderful. They even helped to plate and arrange a table of homemade canned items that my dad had made so we could share them at his service. The food they provided was delicious. Several people commented on how fantastic the meatballs were and absolutely everyone loved the Hawaiian tropical pasta salad. (I'd love to have that recipe). The cookies with the toffee or caramel in them were to die for, everyone's favorite.They cleaned up so well after the event that you wouldn't have even known that they were ever there. Seriously, I did not have to lift a finger.Ronda's attention to detail, professionalism, compassion and warm hug helped to make a difficult day very special for myself and my family.If you are looking to cater an event you cant go wrong with Ambrosia Catering. Ronda and Miranda, the owners of Ambrosia Catering, are super fantastic women and business owners. This mother and daughter team really know what they're doing when it comes to catering events, both at their location as well as off-site. I've been to several events at their venue, as a member of Chambers and other such Civic groups, but I had never hosted my own event with them until this past Saturday.They were so easy to work with to set up the agreement ahead of time, and worked with us to make sure that everything was on point the day of.We held a trivia night, with a professional trivia host, for a volunteer recognition appreciation event. Everything was perfect.The venue accommodated the number of guests that we had. The food was presented timely, beautifully, and was tasty. We chose the Chef's Choice, with the caveat that we get all dietary needs accommodated. They put it together extremely well for us. Everyone who joined us for the evening event had a blast. We know because they told us so. They enjoyed the setting, the food, and of course the competition with the trivia games.I highly recommend that you visit Ambrosia Catering for one of their special meals, or use them for catering an event, or just take the leap and host and activity at the venue.You will not be disappointed. We ordered sandwiches and tortellini pesto salad. They delivered and all our guests were raving about the food. We are very picky because we own a catering company in Florida. I am ordering again, since we were so pleased for my Mom's 80th party in July. They have two large parties that day and are so kind to accommodate us.
