5 of us went to Mid America Ampitheter for a concert and had Ryan as our driver and he was a very delightful person and a good driver . We were in a large SUV and it was clean spacious and no odors. The price was well worth it so we didn’t have to drive and could enjoy ourselves at the concert. Ryan was our driver home as well and was in contact with us so we knew right where to find him! The only suggestion I have is when you go to Mid America for an event be sure to purchase 1 VIP parking ticket...it helps the drivers to get you so much closer to the entry.I will definitely hire Ambassador again and request Ryan. I loved working with Ambassador Limousine and will definitely use them for my next Tampa Bay media tour. They picked up our Tampa Bay media tour attendees at the airport, and I received prompt email updates when the driver was on her/his way to the airport, when they arrived, when they had met the passenger and had them in the car, and when they had delivered the passenger safely to the hotel. I never had to worry about whether the driver was on time or if they'd been able to connect with the passenger. The email updates took all the anxiety out of the normally stressful airport pickup process. Every one of Ambassador's drivers was professional, courteous, thoughtful and genuinely nice. Our guests loved them. When we first stepped aboard the 27-passenger mini-bus that we used for the tour, several of the journalists said, "Wow, this is luxurious. You're spoiling us." The equipment Ambassador uses is quite impressive. When I was planning the tour, I would email questions to Ambassador frequently. Every email was returned with a full answer within the hour. They are the most responsive transportation company with which I've ever worked. All in all, shepherding 14 guests around the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area was a bit stressful (fun, but stressful). I received emails from the dispatcher and text messages from the driver of the location of the kids the entire night. Ambassador Limousine provided the transportation for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party with 18 teens in April 2019. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional from the reservation, to the confirmations, to the night of the event. Our driver, Hassan, was fabulous! Call these professional, when you cannot afford to be late! In our case, we had a train to catch and I have a family who is perpetually late for everything. ..except a limo. These folks were very easy to deal with, accepted early reservations, as well as emailed and texted reminders and  updates.
