Mark arrived on time to take us to Heathrow, plenty of room for 4large suitcases and cabin bags, there was bottled water and sweets to enjoy on the journey. Mark was there ready to collect us on our return and had kindly picked up milk and bread (he even remembered that my husband is gluten free!) so we get straight in and have a cuppa. Mark was on the ball with the traffic situation and best routes, a smooth ride and a good chat on route. We would highly recommend Mark and his services and would not hesitate to use him again. Mark picked us up on time, took us to Gatwick and a fortnight later picked us up on the dot and back home again.. very comfortable car and supplied soft drinks, sweets etc . . even had a loaf of bread and a pint of milk for when we got home!! Very good service, will use Ambassador every time from now on PS : We spoke all things PFC on both journeys which was an added bonus!! More...

Mark and his team are amazing. Have used Mark twice this year and can safely say he is miles ahead of the local competition. Prompt with all communications, booking a cinch over FB, punctual with all timings on pick up and return trips overall such a joy to do business that with it's the first time our kids have gone souvenir shopping for a driver whilst on holiday! He is easy to get on with, polite and chatty and the finishing touch of a loaf of bread and few pints of milk in the boot ready for us on the return trip was just the perfect finish. Woke up this morning and had a fresh cuppa and toast for breakfast, thank you for everything mate. Catch you next time. More...

Mark sorted us out a booking for transfer to Gatwick in a car and changed over to a minibus 2 weeks before the flight when additional people booked to come along. Nothing was too much for Mark, from keeping the kids entertained to sorting our bags from door to door. The minibus was very comfortable and had no issues with the kids car seats and all our luggage.
