Had a really great experience here. A few years ago I had my lashes done at another lash bar and that clinician did not do a good job applying the glue and gave me a bad chemical burn on my eyes. I was realllllly hesitant to try lashes again but heard good things about this place. I spoke with Jessica, my clinician, and told her my concerns and she made me feel really comfortable. Morgan did my first full set and they looked absolutely gorgeous! I loved them so much and they still look pretty good after 2 weeks when I went on to get a fill . BUT , when I went in to get a fill I had a different stylist and she did a great job on one eye and a HORRIBLE job on the other . Now the side she didn't a horrible job on , all the lashes are almost out and I have to schedule an appointment for Tuesday to get a fill but I don't know if I'll even have enough lashes for that . I'm very disappointed with how my fill turned out . Update : I went to get them redone today by the same stylist who did my fill and she did an amazing job ! I went to Amazing Lash earlier this month because I wanted lashes for my birthday!  AIVORY was so awesome to work with! I LOVED my lashes; I was so relaxed, I fell asleep.The staff was very professional and friendly; the receptionist was super helpful with explaining the process, and helping me explore my lash options.  Also, my lashes held up VERY well..I managed to keep them in tact through a very wet and windy vacation (swimming, boat rides, windy days and rough sleeping).  I will definitely return again! I have been going there for months and I have always had a good experience. From the front desk staff having a positive attitude and having a lot of knowledge to the tech making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Getting lash extensions can be a scary service since it is dealing with your eyes however you are quickly put at ease with the clean upkeep, professional staff and friendly service. I always get compliments from others and recommend them highly. A bonus they are priced better then many others in the area. I was surprised by my boss with a lash appointment for my bday ! I was nervous but excited at the same time. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I did know I wanted natural, yet noticeable lashes. My lash tech Carolina was amazing...she knew what I wanted and the results were so amazing ! We talked about so much in those 2 hours lol She felt like like a friend. I felt so comfortable and beautiful when I left. She went through aftercare with me step by step. I'm also someone who wears makeup daily she let me know I won't want to wear as much now with the lashes... I'm thinking "Girl I love my makeup!" but boy was she right. ..daily routine is so much easier and most of my days I go barefaced. I was referred by my cousin to visit this location. I want to note that she makes the drive from my neighboring area in Montgomery County to Owings Mills to get her lashes done here. We both live a little over an hour away, so that in itself is saying a lot about the customer service and quality of work that the lash technicians provide to their clients. I want to note that I've frequented another Amazing Lash Studio location in Virginia that newly opened, but their customer service and quality of work didn't come close to the Owings Mills location. I've also been to multiple lash technicians and no one was able to achieve the lashes I had been wanting until Kha'Nell did my lashes. She did an AMAZING job on my lashes. I have the mega volume lashes (6D gorgeous, 13/14 length), and it came out exactly how I wanted it. No fall out, and well done. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They did a great job in the initial consultation and also documenting my lashes to ensure that the look I wanted to achieve could be mirrored in the event that another lash technician were to do my refills or make adjustments. Kha'Nell's customer service and personality is above and beyond! She's personable and takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend going to her to have your lashes done. In fact, the monthly membership I pay is worth it based on the quality of work and customer service I received from this location. To me, it was worth the drive - and is the same distance from other locations 'near by', but if I had the choice, I'd make this drive to Owings Mills over Ashburn or Woodbridge. Extra perk: this location is in a great area, surrounded by awesome food selections - you usual, popular chains like Chipotle, Smashburger, etc. and also a few specialty spots. There's also a Wegmans in this shopping center, along with a Walmart, Homegoods, DSW, and not too far from this shopping center is a TJ Maxx and Marshalls. So if you're a fan of these stores, it's a good area to get your lashes done, grab a bite to eat or drink, and do some shopping! Oh, and did I mention they even have a nail salon and a Massage Envy? ive Been coming at least 6 months and I appreciate the consistency and transparency. When there’s an issue/change (ie. weather, different glue, technician sick, etc), I’m told pretty quickly and that minimizes potential issues. Khanell always provides me with tips and ideas to get the results I want. The team on Sunday always greets me with a smile and I feel welcomed.
