I engaged Amari to design a full refurbishment and modernisation to my mother's property, including a wrap-around ground floor extension as well as a first floor extension to provide a new master bedrooms suite and en-suite bathroom. Rob came up with a fantastic solution which none of us had seen. He has now submitted a planning application which we hope won't take too long. The scheme includes a significant rear garden deck area and a full replacement kitchen. We are very pleased with Rob's work, which has been carried out quickly and offered a great service. More...

I have known and worked with Rob and Amari for many years in both architectural and development scenarios. The latest project being a £30m high end residential development of six luxury units in one of Chelsea's premier locations.
In this instance we used Rob's skills and knowledge to redesign the scheme and rationalise the construction process. This resulted in a 30% increase in development value along with a infinitely more saleable scheme.
From listed buildings, renovations, restoration through to interior design and new build our collaborations with Amari have always impressed. With creative and imaginative solutions to suit any situation Rob's professionalism and whole life cycle knowledge has, on more than one occasion, exceeded our expectations. For anyone looking to use a professional in the field we cannot recommend Rob and Amari enough.

I worked with Rob of Amari on an incredible project in Holland Park, London.
His architectural skills and professionalism were what first struck me about him, with an excellent supply of information and an eye for detail, making the project run smoothly and quickly.
The project was very enjoyable to work on and because of this the end result was greater than the sum of it's parts and I highly recommend Amari as Architects and interior designers.

We had a major redevelopment project that has a false start due to structural and design issues - both with planning and the interpretation of what it is that we wanted.
After several wasted months and substantial costs, AMARI stepped in and got us back on track immediately. They understood what we were trying to achieve and their innovate ideas, clean lines, matched with practical use of space was refreshing change from the norm. We loved their design, their iterative process and their sense of delivery to ensure what we had agreed actually got built and to our specification. They attended site more regularly than we did and suggested improvements along the way as they saw things in context. These guys really know what they are doing.

Rob Foote @ Amari has successfully, creatively and cost effectively helped myself and my wife achieve some really exceptional developments and home improvements.
We started using Amari in 2004 for an extension to a ground floor property in West London. We had issues with neighbours, party walls and things that if i'm honest, i was out of my depth in. Amari made the process painless and delivered on their promise - 1st class service, professional and human! They oversaw all aspects for me and we moved back into our home on time, and on budget. We have a beautiful new extension which even now, 12 years later looks brand new. Partly down to the fact that i am OCD.
We then also used Amari for a property development in Italy. We had planning permission but we needed it modified, with spec changed, and a lot more modern (including solar) features. Again, delivered itwon time and on budget.

We have worked with Mr. Foote on a number of projects and have found him extremely professional, always proactive, keen to achieve programmes and deadlines, creative, both in design terms and his ability to procure a project.
Mr. Foote has the ability to find unique and innovative solutions to a buildings design, which are often required to meet Planning restrictions, particularly when working with listed buildings and in conservation areas.
His technical knowledge also ensures these designs also meet with the compliance of Building Regulations, ensuring a smooth procurement process of any build.

There are developers and building designers working in Prime Central London that follow and there are those that lead. Among a sea of cookie-cutter grey-walled houses, from our perspective, clients will be drawn to the extraordinary - and Amari's attention to detail was impeccable with a finish of the highest standard.
From inception to completion the primary concern was delivering the best product, and solving problems in a manner that provided the best outcome rather than the easiest exit strategy.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amari to clients looking for the very best in design and build.

My Estate Agency sold an unmodernised property to Rob for several £ms, who carried out an extensive refurbishment project involving significant planning gain of approximately 1,600 sq ft in a Listed Building. The result was a fantastic garden maisonette with superb reception space, five bedroom suites, a media room and steam room, staff accommodation and superb ambience throughout. When the work was complete, we sold the property for more than twice the amount it was bought for, reflecting the quality of the design and finish. More...
