My name's Amanda. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Preston. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!

I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services.

I am based in Preston, and can cover areas such as Lancaster, Blackpool, Blackburn and Southport.

Having never used a personal trainer before I was a bit nervous! Amanda is very friendly, approachable and hard working. Explaining in depth on how and why specific exercises and good nutrition work together - she is so informative and helpful :)Can't recommend her enough! I will encourage and motivate my clients depending on what their goal is. I will set realistic targets along the way as motivational stepping stones once a client can reach a target it spurs them on to the next one, we will track weekly progression with charts and photos ( to clients preference) to see the actual changes as weeks go by.

I chose to be a personal trainer as I love to help people and I love health and fitness so to combine the 2 I hope for a happy career, I am so enthusiastic about what I have learnt and would like to show people how small changes can make a big difference.

Choose me as your trainer as I am always professional but very friendly and supportive, I will listen and together we will set realistic targets in order to achieve the overall goal.
I can offer nutritional advice alongside a training programme to help make small changes that will make a big impact to everyday life.
