Q&A

By teaching them how to be the best they can be in all aspects! We talk A LOT about nutrition, and how tweaking things just a little bit here and there on a daily basis can make a huge impact on their bodies - not just looks, but feeling better as well. Then I teach them about exercise intensity, for strength training and cardiovascular improvement. We also focus on how mental attitude towards our bodies can positively or negatively affect results!

My degree in Exercise Science was a great base of knowledge for being able to help people. Over the last twenty years, I have continued to research and stay on top of current findings and trends. I enjoy helping my clients reach their full potential. I train the whole person, not simply focusing on movement, but on mental attitude, emotions, and eating habits as well. I have experience training young athletes to folks over 80. I love it all, and am truly enjoying training my clients in the privacy of their homes (or at the local park!).

I knew there were segments of the population that I couldn't reach by working in a typical gym setting. Many people are simply not comfortable walking into a gym - they are intimidated by it, feel insecure about it, and don't know what to do when they get there. I also wanted to reach folks who are time-crunched (us coming to you saves SO MUCH time), the elderly, and the obese.

Our niche is traveling to you! There is no need to take the extra time to put make-up on or get yourself presentable for going out in public - we come to you in the privacy of your home and it's just us! We are all female trainers, training female clients. :-)
Our focus is on functional training for folks in the real world. Although we can train people for bodybuilding competitions, our true passion is helping women from 40 to 80 be the healthiest, strongest, fittest, and best-feeling they can be by feeding their bodies correctly, and moving with the specific exercise that will get and keep them there for the rest of their lives!
