How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work with each client to determine tastes, styles and budgets then create a menu that fits all of those needs!
What do you love most about your job?
Everything~ but most importantly my clients & staff. I love working with all types of ingredients~ perfecting new and old recipes. Also enjoy the process of careful planning that is involved with each new event AND the adventures each new client delivers to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love catering and after working under and learning from some of the Countries best Chefs and Caterers, I decided to go for it myself and have loved every second of it!!
