I saw Amanda year ago when I was going through some family drama in addition to my depression. Amanda helped me to develop different strategies to deal with my problems. She also helped me to me more mindful and re frame my thinking. I would highly recommend her , especially if you are resistant to therapy like I was. Therapy works! More...
