They replaced my entire roof less then 2 years ago with 10 years of guarantee. Few weeks ago the roof started leaking left and right. I reported the problem and they promised to give it a look but ignoring the problem for weeks. In the end i had to tell i will report them to trading standarsds then somebody came and told they solved the problem. It took like 2 weeks and it started leaking again. I reported the issue again. Since that time they have been ignoring my calls and refuse to deal with the problem. The roof is leaking in multiple places and their guarantee worths nothing as they do not honour it. I recommend everybody to avoid them except if u are looking for low quality work and terrible customer service. More...

AMAC was recommended to us by someone else in the village as our ceiling came down due to the roof leaking. After providing us with a quotation we proceeded with Aaron and his team and they worked all over Christmas period to ensure we were able to enjoy our Christmas so we're very grateful for this and would highly recommend.

AMAC building and roofing replaced all my guttering in 2 days in probably the worst of weather conditions.
The work was done to a high standard by three very hard working Men.
For many years my guttering would leak. Now they are fixed and I am covered by a 10 year guarantee.

Getting our roof replaced was a daunting prospect. The costs and scale of the works were a huge concern. After shopping around I am so pleased we chose AMAC Roofing Ltd. We were kept advised throughout and given regular updates. The team led by Neil were incredible. Our works started in the height of winter and the chaps turned up every day even in terrible weather. I recently had a leak in my roof & called AMAC Roofing Britsol to come out & have a look and give me a quote as I had been recommended by a couple of friends who had used them in the past. I arranged a time and came out had a look at the problem and took the time to explain everything to me and the different options I had.Not knowing much about roof's I was worried that it was going to cost a lot but was very happy when I got the written quote as not only was the price was reasonable but the quote was also detailed, rather than a brief description like other quotes I had had from other workman for other works in the past.They arranged the scaffolding undertook the works & made a nice job, they invited me up on the scaffolding to have a look at what they had done. I bet a lot of roofers don't do that based on my friend’s horror stories of people they have used in the past!I would really recommend them as not only were they were polite & well-mannered as well as thorough in their approach. Excellent service from start to finish. After my initial call an appointment was quickly arranged for an assessment of the work. Soon thereafter I received a quote and upon acceptance a date was arranged for the work to be carried out. The workman turned up on time, knew what had to be done and set about their task in an unobtrusive and professional manner. Their manager kept me informed throughout the duration of the work. If there was an error they could look to develop it would be communication by email rather than paper / post. I would recommend Amac Roofing, also big thanks to Rose at the office great help!!
