Calvin is great to work with and my absolute favorite trainer! He can talk the talk but more importantly he walks the walk and leads by example. My goal with every client is for them to become self-sufficient in all things fitness and nutrition so that they can continue what they have learned well beyond my time working with them. Achieving goals is part of the process of learning and adopting good habits of exercise. I think it is important for all clients to know the 'why' behind what they are doing and for all of the to feel comfortable and especially have fun. I exercise because I love the way it makes me feel and have a lot of fun (even though it can be painful). There is no 'secret workout' or exercise and all my clients know that I care and want them to change their habits and make a permanent change instead of just 'paying me to work them out.'

The secret is understanding that the 'body of your dreams' is relative to the person. The definition of a 'beachbody' can't and will never be defined but that's the best part about fitness and setting goals. The body of your dreams is the image you have when you envision how you want to look and feel about yourself. No one can take that from you and I don't want to achieve anything other than THEIR vision.

The most fulfilling part about personally training people are the friendships I gain and watching someone who initially was timid and embarrassed in the gym become confident, strong and actually enjoy exercising. I also love helping people who have struggled with pain or discomfort from back pain or knee pain, become pain free simply by applying the principles of movement and mobility in the gym and in their life.

Clients should choose me because I have walked the walk and don't just talk the talk. I have dieted for 12 weeks on 4 separate occasions preparing for competitions, I have 4+ years of extensive study of the human body and above all else, I am confident enough in my skills that I will offer a 100% refund on any session you feel I did not give you the value you pay.
