What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about what I do is seeing people I've had sessions with really feel empowered and more confident in their ability and capacities to create and choose something different fro their life. It's totally awesome for me to see people I've helped recognise that they are not broken or screwed up and never have been... which then gives them the power to start choosing different and having more ease and fun in every area of their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I get to choose my working hours, I get to coach and empower people in ways that are flexible and meet what a client is looking for rather than follow a structure that just doesn't fit everyone. The freedom to choose and have fun creating, playing, and empowering people all over the world.
Why should our clients choose you?
I invite clients to follow their knowing and trust their awareness about which coach or therapist to work with. It's not a case of "one size fits all". If people really would like to let go of their stories, and limiting points of view and beliefs that they can't have the life they want, and want to have some fun while they do then they may like to choose a session with me.

I talk to people (ideally in a relaxed environment over coffee and cake!) and go with the flow of energy. Using a range of NLP, Coaching, Access Consciousness questions and processes, EFT, and hypnotherapy I help people unlock more of who they truly be, so that they can share that with the world... and thus change the world.
Access Bars Facilitator
Access Bars is a Body Process developed by Gary Douglas (Founder of Access Consciousness) whereby 32 points on the head are touched lightly to discharge and release everything that doesn't allow you to receive.
Each Bars session is incredibly relaxing and nurturing for you and your body, and releases limitations and density that you are willing to release. Are you willing to let go of everything you've been hanging onto that's limiting you creating your life with ease?
