After finding out that my ankle had naturally fused I was not feeling motivated to exercise. One visit to Adnan when he showed me three simple exercises to do has made all the difference, with me back running 10km on a regular basis.

I was recently recommended to see Munir by a family member due to suffering some back pains.
Within a few minutes of my appointment Munir new exactly what was wrong and explained it very well.
I visited twice and I am now pain free. Munir has said there is no need to return unless I am in pain again, he doesn't just want your money... he is there to help you!

I visited the clinic a few weeks ago, I'm currently training for a boxing fight and have been getting shoulder/lower back pain. Deyanid the massage therapist sorted out my shoulders and got rid of some stubborn knots and Munir the physio cracked my back and correct my postior ( I have been tilting my pelvis back) after another 3 weeks of training the lower back pain has disappeared! also my core is feeling much stronger! I had the best massage today. Manir the physio was incredibly knowledgeable and was great at explaining posture correction techniques. I really felt like he was genuinely pleased to help and left feeling lighter and relaxed like my rib cage had expanded and my stress and tightness had been massaged away. I visited this clinic late on Christmas eve, just as Munir was, apparently, about to close.Without demur, he gave me his full attention and spent an hour attending to my neck pain. To my great relief, and after suffering with this problem for some two months, I am now very much better.The charge was modest. Amazing, Munir is the best, I have been to many chiropractors, osteopaths and physio therapists and I can say with absolute certainty is that Munir is the best all-rounder, he seems to have an extra special gift when it comes to anatomy and physiology, he has sorted out my back many times when nobody else could and his charge is extremely reasonable, and when I am in paying his charge is negligible. I had a lovely float session today, great service, everything was clean and tidy. I have been using the floatation pod at this location for many years and it’s always helped with my neck, back pain and arthritis. It’s also nice to relax and float for an hour, listening to the music. This is my first visit since it has changed from body check to the Alton Pain Clinic and I will happily be returning for regular floats. Floatation pods are not always easy to find in the local area and this one is close by, rather than paying to use one in a spa, or going to Reading or London. See you next time More...
