My wife and I hired Alpha construction to replace our roof after a hail storm. Seth, the General Contractor we worked with, was excellent. He was very easy to talk to and kept us very up-to-date with all the steps in the process. He worked very hard with us and our HOA on getting the right materials approved for a special metal section when the HOA denied my wife and I's first choice. All of the sub-contractors he sent out, the roofers, electricians, and AC/Heating did quality work, and Seth made sure during the work and after if we were happy with them. It was a large job dealing with all the different repair people, the insurance co, and the HOA, and Seth handled it very professionally and we really felt that he took very good care of us, and made our satisfaction his top priority.
