Matt was my personal trainer for nearly a year. I have used numerous personal trainers over the years and Matthew is by far the most professional trainer i have ever met. Having played sport for years i had developed some niggling issues that were restricting my movement and causing me some discomfort when training .Matthew was able to identify the areas that were causing the various issues and He was able to develop a series of work outs, and stretching exercises that have transformed my ability to train. I’ve been working out at a gym for about 20 years and thought I knew what I was doing. In my late 30s I began to experience neck, shoulder and back pain. I assumed years of poor posture had caught up with me and I had become a victim of chronic pain. When I joined Raw Gym and met Matthew, he explained that my pain was likely the result of building and training some muscles over the years while neglecting others as well as using improper form and technique when lifting. I began my training with Matthew with the goal learning how to lift in a way to ease the pain. After six weeks I have achieved so much more! I was doing many, many exercises using poor form. Matthew was patient and meticulous, showing me exactly how to do the exercises properly. He also taught me many exercises to strengthen those areas in my back I have neglected over the years. He even instructed me on nutrition. Not only has the pain subsided but I’m stronger, I’m using proper form, eating properly and my posture has improved greatly. I feel fantastic! I cannot thank Matthew enough for putting me on this path! I highly recommend him as a trainer! More...

I found Matthew to be a great trainer, he was friendly and easy to talk to and explained things very well. I was provided with a well layed out easy to follow program which included a detailed workout plan aswell as a tailored diet for my special goalsI used to get mild back pain which I thought was just from general wear and tear but with his guidance and form corrections I literally don’t get any pain at all anymore Would definitely recommend as he’s increased my physical appearance and strength aswell as overall technique.

Matthew is a great trainer to train with highly recommend He is very motivating trainer he knows how to train you and with diet plan and once you stick what he asks you to do you will achieve your goals He always listens to you what your need and always boost your confidence Getting train by Matthew is like living in a different world he really tell you what is good for you how thins are done proper in which results me losing a good amount of weight in few weeks and always checking on you what the intake food Highly recommend as personal trainer Thanks Matthew ram
